Professional Supervision

Clinical Supervision is a structured, supportive process that allows professionals - particularly those in health, social care and mental health settings - to reflect on their work, enhance their practice, and maintain their wellbeing.

Through regular, confidential conversations with a trained supervisor, practitioners explore the emotional impact of their work, examine complex cases, and develop greater self-awareness. Clinical supervision is not about judgment or performance appraisal; it’s about growth, support, and ensuring safe, ethical practice. It helps professionals stay grounded, prevent burnout, and continue delivering compassionate, effective care.

Parent Consultations

Parenting Support That Actually Makes a Difference

Parenting can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re navigating big emotions, challenging behaviours, or simply wanting to do things differently from how you were raised.

You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

These one-on-one parenting consultations are designed to give you practical tools, clear direction, and a space to think things through with someone who understands both child development and the realities of family life.

What This Is

A focused, supportive session where we look at what’s happening for your child and for you as a parent.

Together, we make sense of behaviours, identify what’s underneath them, and create a way forward that feels realistic and aligned with your values.

Common Reasons Parents Book

  • Big emotions (tantrums, anger, anxiety)

  • Sibling conflict and overwhelm at home

  • Supporting a child through change, grief, or separation

  • School-related challenges

  • Feeling stuck or unsure how to respond

  • Wanting to parent with more calm, confidence, and connection

My Approach

My work is grounded in compassion, attachment, and nervous system awareness.

I won’t just give you strategies — I’ll help you understand why your child is responding the way they are, and how to respond in a way that builds trust, safety, and long-term change.

This is not about “perfect parenting.”
It’s about building a relationship that works.

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • Clear, practical strategies you can use straight away

  • A deeper understanding of your child’s behaviour

  • Language and tools for managing tricky moments

  • Increased confidence in your parenting decisions

  • A sense of direction and relief
